If you've watched Toy Story, you know there's more to the toys than meets the eye. To the kids, the toys are just lifeless plastic dolls. But the viewers see a completely different side to the toys - their thoughts and feelings.

Similar to Toy Story, artist Christopher Hemsworth (not the actor who played Thor) thinks video game characters can be looked at in the same way. What are they feeling and thinking after we've put the controller down?

In a collection titled "Retro Video Game Edition", Hemsworth wants to see if people can relate to the sentiment in each comic. While the comics are supposed to elicit laughs from its readers, there's also an element of empathy found in each one.
